The Remix APIs allow customers to remix (regenerate) an MPx file from a previously recorded conference. It is useful in the following scenarios:
- You changed the mixing layout and want to reprocess the MPx recording you got from live recording or from previous replay.
- You did not activate live recording and want to get a MPx of the WebRTC recording of the conference with the current layout.
You can specify a layoutUrl as well as width and height of the mixed recording using the Remix start API. For more information, see the Recording Conferences and Multiple Layout Mixes documents.
