The Monitor APIs allow customers to retrieve a list of ongoing and ended conferences, webhook events and query information about a specific conference, including:
- Conference creator information and usage summary
- Participants information
- Query, download, and delete of conference recordings
- Webhook events
Due to the process to retrieve data, you may experience a delay of a few seconds in retrieving conference information. You can also use webhook events for real-time notification.
NOTE
These APIs use the Bearer authorization. For more information, see the Authentication page that describes how to acquire the JWT token for the Bearer authorization.
