We've released updates to the /media/enhance v1.1 API.

• Mouth Click Removal: When enabled, the Enhance API automatically detects and reduces the mouth clicking sound found on recordings. These clicking noises are often a problem when the talker is talking very close to a sensitive microphone and it picks up mouth sounds not typically heard in normal conversation.

audio.speech.click.reduction

This feature can be accessed by setting audio.speech.click.reduction.enable parameter. It is disabled (FALSE) by default, as it adds significant processing time and is typically only needed in close miked recordings. When the studio content.type is chosen, it is automatically enabled (TRUE).

Once enabled the amount of reduction can be controlled with audio.speech.click.reduction.amount parameter. It can be set to low, medium, high or max.
