Product Support

The Dolby.io Communications SDKs and plugins support is available in two service-level agreements. Our products are supported for six months, regardless of the support tier. Signed enterprise contracts with Dolby have extended support for older product versions for up to 12 months. Customers are encouraged to update the SDK and plugin in their applications at least once every six months. Patch releases are supported 6 months from the date of the previous major or minor release. For example, Web SDK 3.9.0 and 3.9.x releases are supported until 2023-09-09, because Web SDK 3.9.0 was released on 2023-03-09.
